Happy New Year! Can you believe its 2023? I can’t! Where are these years going….?
For the start of the year, I thought I’d share with you a few of the gifts my girls got for Xmas that were a hit. My girls are aged 4 and 6, total doll fans, so you will see a theme in my list. 🤣
Let’s get into it.
They were so excited by this, ripped it open with screams of joy-my goodness you should have been there. It kept them entertained FOR HOURS. They played so well together, taking it in turns to be the doctor, making up obscure injuries and driving the van to pick up the next patient. Comes with all sorts too. Like an xray, waiting area, pull out. Doctors couch, and it all packs back into the van when your done. LOVE IT!
2. Barbie Remote control car
My Eldest absolutely loved this, we have burned through a few batteries because she uses it everyday, so I’d hugely reccomend getting rechargeable batteries (like these ones – https://amzn.to/3GoN6Ww) to save on waste. My youngest hasn’t got the hang of the steering, but will be great for her coordination – if eldest will let her near it ofcourse 🤣.
OK what’s next……. The Barbie house!
I bought this as it folds up & down, and my thought was they then could move from room to room easily. It was actually a last minute extra, but was one of the biggest hits. They haven’t stopped playing with this. It comes with a little garden style table and chairs and stickers to make the house come to life. Great little buy. Check it out on the link below ↘️
Number 4 – Playdoh Kitchen
I hope you don’t mind a little mess – I highly recommend this. My girls have slightly out grown the ‘shape cutting’ of their Playdoh, but always really loved it. So to bring in a fresh View, I got this. So pleased with it. The creations they have made in this little oven has really made them chuckle. Definitely worth it. 😊 Hope your kids love it too.
And finally – 5 is Dress up costumes
I’m sure it’s not just my girls who love to dress up as their fave film characters. This year I went for the Encanto girls, Mirabel and Isabella. It’s fun to pretend to be someone or something else, and they make so many these days. Our kids are so lucky. I remember my mum dressing me up in a tablecloth or a bin bag hahah!
